The Timberwolves left everything on the floor in their home opener and they just came up a little short. The biggest problem for the T-Wolves was their shooting as they only hit 39.8% from the floor and it’s hard to win that way. Rashad McCants led the way for the Wolves with 23 points. Al Jefferson had a solid debut for the T-Wolves with 16 points, 13 rebounds and 3 assists. Theo Ratliff also had a good first game for the Wolves with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 3 blocked shots.
