Minnesota Timberwolves 95, Memphis Grizzlies 97
Ramon Sessions’ could not come through in the clutch for the Minnesota Timberwolves last night, and they fell to the Memphis Grizzlies. With 1 second left, Sessions was fouled and went to the line for two shots. He choked on the very first one and the T’Wolves lost. The Timberwolves outplayed the Grizzlies, shooting better from the field and out-rebounding them, but they could not get it done down the stretch. Despite Sessions’ choke job, he had a very good game off the bench for the Timberwolves, finishing with 16 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal. Ryan Gomes led them in scoring with 20 points while Zack Randolph led the Grizzlies with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
